Dear friends,
Since I started working a few weeks ago, my super boss Florian (I know, too many Florians, do not confuse with the other Florian who now is in Paris...keep track !) introduced me to a super cool lunchition that takes place every Friday: The sashimi madness at the Seehof hotel. (Lunch- tradition…I just feel like inventing words these days, guess that’s what branding does to you?)

The Seehof hotel is a kind of trendy boutique hotel next to our work that has a nice restaurant on the ground floor. During the week, we often go there for lunch because they have very tasty menu (hamburger, entrecote, pastas and more) at a fair price and…well did I mention that it was really close to work?
So, as mentioned, on Friday the super nice staff serves a very good plate of sashimi with some rice and some Japanese salad as side dishes. You can choose between the regular or the big one and I have to say that the fish is really good quality and their deep fried shirmps are simply gorgeous !

It is the perfect place for a quick business lunch in Seefeld (a neighborhood of Zürich next to the lake) and I can only recommend it to you.
